80's, 90's Invitations

Tales Restless postwar German Journalists

Written between 1959-1969, German Twelve short stories (written after the war) is a compilation of stories wrapped in a depressing and gloomy atmosphere that is almost always tinged with overtones of unreality. The strange thing is the common element, while the madness and misery are two latent and constant presence in the daily lives of the characters.
Although the war is an implicit theme in each story, it is rarely the central topic of the stories. Someone may be acquired in a receiver of Ina Seidel, where more than reflects the hopelessness and despair product of the war with Germany was, in fact and morally defeated. There the protagonist, haunted by his ghost begins to relive the horror of their war experiences through a common, everyday: a radio.
In Suicide Schnurr Wolfdietrich of the theme is love and more specifically, jealousy. In All , Ingeborg Bachmann, the protagonist of the story narrator acknowledges his opposition to the social dogmas and the existing educational model, but it seems to assume the true background of their position: their complete inability to communicate and understand others. In Dostoevsky Experience to the Herbert Eisenreich fate is present in an apparent act of kindness and good conscience, in Isidore's history of Max Frisch, the family misfortune is due to an oversight and a sentence.
Trains in the mist of Günter Eich tells the story of two brothers who pushes poverty very different paths. Here the theme of war also made explicit in a phrase: "are the years, the military, war, homeless ... and brutalized. Everything is shit. " Marie Luise Kaschnitz recreates a fantastic experience in Ghosts. Home delivery at no extra cost , Günter Kunert, one of my favorite stories of this work, tells of a grotesque as they have to take, whether to force all our sins.
The author of Double Trivia , Hubert Fichte, tested in this story a story without characters and narrates the same event conditioned by different circumstances. The narrator protagonist Tibten of Heinrich Böll, is a strange person but only for the eyes of others, he fully endorses their existence and to assume with some pride. Man tied Ilse Aichinger raises the issue of freedom in a predicament and has some Kafkaesque overtones, in fact, even within the work is the beginning of the story compare with that of The Metamorphosis to me the whole story resembles me A Hunger Artist, Franz Kafka also. The last story, The frozen smile of Hans Erich Nossack, try a quasi-hopeful message to a depressing situation and fateful.
All stories that make up this book were compiled by Professor Lotte Vareschi and translated by Yolanda Steffens, the prologue was missed by Henning Schroedter-Alberts. Although sometimes the presence of certain colloquialisms Venezuelans might embarrass the reader, broadly German Twelve short stories (written after the war) is a work ideal for reaching Germanic literature. Particularly enjoyed a lot and I am pleased to report that I got the whole book online, for those who can not buy the printed version. Here's the link:

I know that I'm late, but as the saying goes "It is never late if that is good." I'll make a summary of what Creative lived in Barcelona. The best and first of all people, everyone smiling and happy to see you, kisses and hugs, gifts, that feeling of togetherness that only patchwork makes people so diverse and different places as narrow ties friendship. Upon arrival I expected Pepa, the Witch grin and good humor that instantly makes you spend all evil, and gave me my first gift with that personal touch as hers. During the meal occurred Ana-ane that gave me a gorgeous brooch that had me drooling cute as is. My compis surprised me with a Telitas for a job I have in mind. Fabrics
Moon had stand at the show and although I am a while, I gave time to give some return for the fair and itching in the occasional treat. In the explanatory
Fil d 'or organized by Pepa Pellicer I can say that you have not seen on other blogs, perfect, very well organized, with a security cordon to protect our jobs curious hands of those who want to see everything, and although no malicious intent do not realize that what we have ahead are real works of art and works that I know do not touch unless otherwise indicated. The photos are in order of appearance to Olga Gonzalez , Nuria Madurell , Ligia Unanue, Juana Castaneda, ¿¿¿, Celia Gonzales , Carmen Quince and Carme Torras, if anyone know who is the author of Log Cabin I would appreciate the information to place, trying to do the photo lineup with the piece but this has left blurred and I can not read. I hope well written the names because he could not read clearly.
As for the workshops usually point I can not because there is almost never until the last minute if I can attend the show and when I take off my bills and trying to aim at a workshop of something you do not know, is always complete. But on Friday afternoon I can think of going through the stand Japanese porcelain flower kirei technical very nice and when I was watching the programming workshop interested me and I find that there are places available for the workshop, I see me with a smile from ear to ear, pointing at Non instantly to miss . It was great, not know how nice it was me knead the dough and shape reminded me of my first classes teaching newly married create bouquets bread dough, was an accumulation of memories, those first classes the parish, my students and I think I remember me after so many years, but I remember with great fondness.
I'd like to be every day, but could only attend on Friday, so I ran out to greet a lot of people that I can only see at these events and I expect to see in the next.
The last shot at the end of the input corresponds to the part that is entitled "behind bars" if you look closely in the art shall give you that is a Crazy (Loco) I created this piece in memory of year in which madness was locked behind bars and the company tried to hide all this world so poorly understood, and we continue to not understand today.
